I bought 2 bottles of this sunscreen for a recent trip to the Caribbean. I was looking for a safe alternative to the other sunscreens I used to use with them. After reading the environmental report on sunscreens, I didn't want to use those products anymore. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it went on. It is a little white at first but goes on smoothly. However, to give you an example of how long it stays white, I first lathered up one child and by the time the other one was done the first one wasn't white anymore. So, it definitely sinks in and doesn't STAY white. I also found that it stayed on really well. The kids were in and out of the water and it seemed to be beading up time after time. The only problem I found with reapplying is to make sure that your child is dry first. If you put it on while still wet at all, the sunscreen stayed white and wouldn't sink into your skin. Also, I didn't mind the scent. I think it is just a result of all the nut oils they used, but it had a slight nutty scent to it. My kids were not so pleased with this, but it didn't seem to bother them that much. Overall, I really liked this sunscreen and would buy it again!
